SYSTEM INTEGRATION

The cells and Voltage Management System (V.M.S.) contained in our XPS modules are two thirds of the LiFeBATT Ltd Battery System. The final part of the system is its integration into the vehicle or product.

LiFeBATT Ltd has developed two integration products. The Battery Protection Module and CANbus Vehicle Interface.

Analogue Battery Protection Module

The Battery Protection Module (B.P.M.) provides an easy to integrate hardware protection system. Once connected into your existing system, the B.P.M. prevents the battery system from being over discharged, over charged and shuts down the battery system completely in the event of a high temperature fault. It basically acts as a ‘big brother’ for your battery system, preventing damage, no matter the cause, and is suitable for a variety of applications, including Electric Motorcycle, Karts, Marine Propulsion and mid-sized Standby Power Applications.

Digital CANBus Battery Management System

The CANbus Vehicle Interface (CVI) is a complete automotive solution. The CVI is the culmination of 18 months of research and development, with the input of several of Europe’s leading vehicle OEM’s.
