Warranty

LiFeBATT warrant only to the original purchaser of this battery that it is free of defects in material and workmanship for 2 Years or 2,000 Cycles, whichever comes first. Prior to installation or use, the state of charge of this battery has been maintained at a level equal to or greater than the minimum level considered necessary under industry standards for batteries to perform effectively upon their use or installation. If adjustment is necessary due to a defect in material or workmanship, or state of charge below minimum industry standards prior to installation or or use, and the battery is not merely discharged after installation or use, then upon return of the battery to LiFeBATT Ltd within 2 years or 2,000 Cycles, whichever comes first, will be repair or replaced, as appropreiate, free of charge (except for taxes, where applicable).
All LiFeBATT chargers are covered by a One Year limited warranty and are included in your LiFeBATT Battery Pack.

This Warranty Does Not Cover:
Discharged batteries that can be recharged and returned to service.
A battery of a different size than the battery recommended by the manufacturer of the product in which it is installed.
Cost for recharging or use of rental batteries or vehicles.
Labor costs for battery removal and installation.
Damage due to charging system failure, negligence, abuse, accident, improper installation, or freezing.
Loss of time, inconvenience, loss of vehicle use, or other incidental or consequential damages.

With your purchase you will be issued a warranty card for each module, please complete and return to us.

Please Note
The above is our standard warranty, however, we work with our OEM customer to develop the warranty to suit their requiresment, based on the duty cycle. Up to 5 years and 20,000 micro cycles.

All warranty claims are handled in the UK by LiFeBATT Ltd, on behalf of LiFeTech Energy Inc, Taiwan.
